Any intention or action that inhibits life is evil or negative. That which helps sustain or enhance life is good or positive. There is no any other parameter needed to judge an action or intention.
Morality is a bad joke that keeps changing its definition without informing anyone, bringing about confusion, suffering and untruth. It does more evil than good.
